Da ripetere alternandolo ad un'altra classe della piattaforma a scelta o da effettuare alternandolo alla Signature nelle giornate in cui si ha meno tempo per mantenere la costanza del mindset e movimento. Non ci sono istruzioni verbali, cosi da lasciarsi andare nel proprio flow ed energia.
