Ogni classe inizia con Low Impact cardio e braccia workout, per poi andare al tappetino e lavorare glutei, gambe con mobilita' articolare . Finiamo poi addominali. Pesi per braccia max 1.5 kg e cavigliere dal mezzo kg a 1 kg.

Each class starts with Low Impact cardio and arms workout, then we work down to the mat and shape the buttocks, legs, with a special focus on joints mobility and abs.
